I spent about 5 hours today getting my logbook into logshare.com.

Logshare.com is a free tool for pilots, allowing you to store your logbook entries online. You can also allow others to view your logbook. I decided to use this tool because of the time I was spending filling out forms for the FAA.

Everytime you take a check ride, you have to fill out a form declaring your total times. This gets to be a pain, when you have 15 pages or more in your logbook(pretty much anyone). So with logshare, you can search, filter, and view your logbook in many different ways.

I think it's an awesome tool for anyone, and I highly recommend it.

Just be prepared to spend a long time working on it.
